    I read somewhere on ur website that you are looking for a good white cake. i tried this recipe. I used little more than half the sugar quantity than what the recipe calls for. here is the recipe

    1 1/2 cups maida
    1 cup sugar
    1/2cup refined oil
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp soda
    1 tsp vanilla essence.

    mix sugar and yogurt till all the sugar dissolves. Whisk it well. add vanilla ess and oil and whisk well. sieve the dry ingredients. and mix it with the wet ingredients. bake in a 350 oven. any question email me.

    Hi Madhuram

    Congratulations! I have been trying your eggless cookies and cakes
    with flax for my neice who is allergic to eggs and nuts. she is
    seven yrs old. She is able to eat sweets 'cause of these recipes.

    Stumbled on your website last saturday by chance. Great work. Tried
    the oatmeal and honey cookeys and the carrot cake today (not tasted

    I want to thank you on behalf of my mother. She loves cooking, and wanted to try out baking for quite sometime.Being a trict veg she had very limited choice.
