Mm..that's a good question. I'm thinking egg replacer powder might work, but just guessing. I haven't tried egg replacer in a yeast bread recipe.

Just omit the orange. You can use silken tofu or yogurt instead of applesauce.

Hi- I am doing a project with my son- He chose to make breads. The private school he goes to requires it to be vegetarian. I see many sweet breads here but we really are looking for just regular eggless bread recipes and we only have a few more days to do this as we have to print phots and write about the project and make a display board all by sunday night.
